| In
the 1984, Paolo Montagnini started his professional career as
a Fre-Lance Audio Engineer & Consultant supporting two major
italian Pro Audio Distributors. Just one year later, in the
1985, he decided to start his own business. |

AD SYSTEMS |
| AD
Systems, was one of the most long-running Italian companies
distributing Pro Products and designing Audio Systems. The
company was established in 1985 and until 2010 provided products,
solutions, and services to the Italian Audio Industry. |

THE MOVE |
|
In the 2010 AD Systems delocalized in Slovakia joining a manufacturing
facility.

HIGH END |
| High
End has inherited all the activities of AD Systems extending
the operations in central-eastern Europe to develop businnes
in new emerging markets. From March 2020, due the pandemic,
the global market conditions has deeply changed. The serious
problems encountered with international supplies and transports,
did not allow to import products according to our standards
of punctuality and reliability. Therefore our management decided
to suspend the distribution. Since then, our activity continued
focusing in the following areas:
