Countryman E6 Cables' Colours

1. For E6 with Duramax 2mm cable, substitute RED for WHITE
2. For E6 with Duramax 2mm cable, clip the BLACK wire.

Sennheiser G3 Versions
In 2009 Sennheiser released the third generation of their Evolution Wireless systems, the G3. The G3 transmitters introduced a significant change in the microphone input circuit requiring an adjustment in microphone wiring. Microphones affected by the change have product codes ending in "SR" (e.g. B6W4FF05BSR , E6OW5T2SR, etc.)

If your Countryman microphone was purchased after June 2009: Your microphone with product code ending in "SR" will work as wired with all versions of the Evolution Series, including the G3.

If your Countryman microphone was purchased before June 2009: Your microphone with product code ending in"SR" built before the introduction of the G3 Series may require some rewiring in the connector to achieve optimal performance with G3 systems. Rewired cables will work with the G3 and all previous versions of the Evolution Series.
